Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Roof Alliance Pty Ltd website and the construction and building services we provide. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. About These Terms

This website (roofalliance.online) is operated by Roof Alliance Pty Ltd (ABN 99 703 088 742), located in Melbourne VIC, Australia. By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Roof Alliance Pty Ltd provides construction and building services, including roofing installation, repair, restoration and maintenance. The specific scope, materials, timeline and price for any project will be set out in a written quotation or contract agreed between you and us before work commences. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote, after which we reserve the right to revise pricing due to changes in material costs or project scope.

3. Quotations and Estimates

Quotations provided through this website or by email are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary where site inspection reveals conditions not apparent at the time of the quote, such as hidden structural damage or asbestos-containing materials. Any variation to the agreed scope will be documented and approved by you before additional work is undertaken.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in accordance with the schedule set out in your contract or quotation. Overdue amounts may attract interest or recovery costs as permitted by law. We may suspend work where payments remain outstanding beyond agreed terms, subject to our obligations under applicable legislation.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a consumer guarantee is limited, where permitted, to the cost of re-supplying the services or the reasonable cost of having the services re-supplied.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roof Alliance Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability in respect of services provided under contract is governed by the terms of that contract and, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this clause limits rights you may have under statutory warranties applicable to building work in Victoria.
